My name is Marc IOOS, I am true people person, from education and background, Business School + Master’s in Human Resources, now Certified Coach from ICI Geneva, bringing 20+ years’ experience in Human Resources management and development in fast moving and fast changing, complex, global, matrix, multi-cultural and multi-functional working environments.

I grew up 100% Lifesciences as an HR person, going from local to regional, then up to global, from R/D, Production and Sales&Marketing, in pure Pharma industries to consumer and OTC driven businesses, then Rare Diseases and more recently to Medical Devices,

I drove Human Resources management in France and from Switzerland, as well as in/for 20+ countries, with close connection with HQs in the US.

I created People&Mountains in 2021, with this unique ambition to bring my experience, my skills and my passion for Human Resources to people and organisations, while combining my drive for people and for mountains.
